Ieuan Morris

In Ieuan, the Vaders have one of the best players in the league. He has the ability to play anywhere and is most effective up top where his skill and deadly finishing provides goals aplenty for his team. Since joining, he has formed a lethal partnership with Titch and has scored a number of braces and hat tricks as well as many assists. Quite simply, Ieuan = goals.

Good at taking set pieces, he has taken over as the Vaders’ first choice free kick taker and has bagged a few goals already, none more important or spectacular than his last minute winner in the cup quarter final against local rivals Bush Kangaroos. The one blip on his Vaders career thus far is his straight red for clipping a defender across the ear against the Lamb & Flag, leaving him with a 3 match ban, including the up and down cup semi final against the same team.

Skillful, strong and technically brilliant, there’s not a lot Ieuan can’t do and he has become invaluable to the Vaders. Started season 3 on the right of midfield due to the signing of Robbie Walters, and has maybe been a little wasted out wide. It also remains to be seen if he can throw the ball as far as his fiance’s other boyfriend.
